I work in Illustrator CS3, but my production department is still using CS2 and I am required to save all of my files down to CS2. If I close a document I have saved down to CS2, then reopen that same file in CS3 to work on it again do I have to do another "save as" down to CS2 or will simply hitting "save" allow it to remain a CS2 version? I am trying to eliminate unnecessary steps if they're avoidable. Thanks for your help in advance!
The short answer is: You may try, and take the beating.
