1. While rendering playes a role in how smoothly clips and previews play within a project, do they play any role in how smooth the dvd plays after burning?
2. Where do the rendered files go(cannot seem to locate them) and do they need to be removed manually or are they temporary?
3. Is there any harm in using the delete all rendered files option other than choppier playback within the project window?
I am trying to create more HD space and I am wondering if this is a good idea. When the background rendering is happening my hard drive space is
shrinking at a rapid rate.
1.) Render files play no role in DVD's.
2.) The Render files are placed in the Scratch Disk location, set in Edit>Preferences.
3.) None. If you need to go back and Render a portion of the Timeline, you can limit that with the WAB (Work Area Bar).
Hope that this helps,
