What the heck is this thing. The URL is right and accessable gives me the same info it always has. However since my flash player upgrade to 10 from 9
I get this error.

Are you using a HTTPRequest?
Return a simple string from your service and catch the result an fault handlers in a debug session.
If you can't figure it out, make a simple server script to test and post the url here.
Please check if your server is started as the above fault says that its an ioError and not a flash player version error.
I called the hosting service and they said they added some security to there servers. So they added an exception to mine so I can use it now.
