    Premiere elements debug event

    CJuittenbosch

      Hi,

      I just tried to open Adobe Premiere and got this error message, which doesn't allow me to open the program.

      ANyone has a suggestion what to do?

      [..\..\Src\DirectoryRegistery.cpp283}

      THanks!

      Chris

          Did it use to work or is this the first attempt? You will need to list as much information as you can about your PC (make, model, graphics, ram, hard disk space, sound).

          Ensure you have installed the very latest graphics and sound drivers, as well as all updates from Microsoft and the latest version of quicktime.

          Cheers,
