Not sure what you mean. You want to change the size of the Flex app or a container in the Flex app, or the size of the Flex app in the wrapper HTML file?
What is a mouse resize event?
I'm assuming you are asking about a "browser window" resize by a user.
When you create a Flex component whose width/height is given in % ( e.g width="100%" etc .) then, when these components are affected, there will be a resize event generated & dispatched.
What you do is hook an event handler that listens to this event either by assigning it in the mxml ( e.g. resize="youEventHandeler(event)" ) or in ActionScript ( e.g. yourComponent.addEventListener(ResizeEvent.RESIZE, yourHandler, ...).
In this handler you do your own custom handling ..
Iam refering to browser mouse resize event .
Resize event handler is not working giving error on Launch of the movie. My scenario as follows
parent movie (Shell) inside it using swf loader iam launching child movies depending on menu change in shell. I want to resize both shell and swf loader .
