In InDesign there's a lot of pitfalls using C# being its a very
strongly typed language, and not really supported.
I strongly suggest you try to do it in VBS or JS instead.
You can pass VBS or JS to the doScript method from C#. Search the
scripting forum for further clues.
In Server, it's less painful, but unless absolutely necessary, you
might want to carefully consider your choice of language...
Here's some docs (taken from my archives of the scripting forum):
(I don't have a link handy to the CS4 version.)
Also, download the SDK. There's details in the guides on how to
control IDS with SOAP using C# among other languages.
Im working just for some days with IDS and C#, but for now, I did not have any problem with the language. For now, my unique problem is with documentation that was made exclusively for Java. For me it isn't a problem because I work very well with both languages and if you understand the documents for java you can work with C# very well.
Harbs Thankz alot......:)
if you have any C# code snippets then please Attach me.
With SDK package there are two project that you can use with example. It's in the sample folder.

Thank you very much in advance!!!
