I am trying to move a container with Move effect when an elements inside it grows or shirnks, in this case a Repeater, according to a button click, so it sticks to a line near it's bottom.
In the button click handler I have move.yTo=someElement.y-this.height;
The problem is that this.height is always the height before the Repeater changed. If I click the same button again, it will work for that button as the element keeps its height.
How can I tell it to move to someElement.y-futureHeight somehow?
I did not get your issue correctly.But i assume ,the problem is you want the container to auto grow as you add more buttons.If so,try using a Box container.
No, the container grows, which is fine.
But when it grows it will goes over the bottom line limit I want to set.
Basically I have a bottom line at y=10 (let's say 10), and I always want the container to be y=10+container.height.
The problem is that using this.height refers to the container's height before growing, not after.
