> How can I set the window visualization mode in "Detail"?
Can you explain what you mean by this?
Are you asking how you set the Cast window or the Property Inspector to the list view?
There is an icon that looks like three bullet points followed by three lines. In the Cast window, it is the second item from the left. In Property Inspector it is the second icon from the right. In both cases, it is near the top of the window.
Clicking on this icon toggles from Thumbnail / Standard view to List view.
Sorry, I have confused the explanation.
I must create a behavior or use an xtra that septa the windows of Windows in details.
Sorry my English is very poor.
"septa" is not a word that means anything to me. Can you post a URL which shows an example of what you are trying to do?

I can't find any command-line options to open Windows Explorer in detail
view ( http://support.microsoft.com/kb/152457), but I suppose you could try
sending keystrokes to it with something like the buddyAPI xtra
(www.mods.com.au). However, the keys to send could depend on the OS
language, e.g. in English it would be Alt+V, D.
I think you would have to open the Explorer window from Director in order to
be able to reliably obtain a handle to the correct Explorer window (see the
help fo NextActiveWindow in the buddyAPI documentation).
I understand that you want your Director movie to tell Windows to set the view of a particular Explorer window to Details (rather than Thumbnails, Tiles, Icons or List).
It may be possible to do this with the MasterApp Xtra.
You might like to try a combination such as mappShowMenu(windowIDNum) followed by mappFakeCharacter ( windowIDNum , "V") and mappFakeCharacter ( windowIDNum , "D"), to select the _V_iew menu and the _D_etails menu item.
(Solution not tested).
