In responding to an earlier thread it raised a questiion I continually think about but never get around to raising. With panels quite often I will work beyond the display size of the panel (i.e. place some object in the panel then reduce its size) expanding and collapsing is also something that falls into the same category. Clipenable is defaulting to false, so if a panel size is reduced programmatically objects fall outside the panels boundaries. Maybe clipenabled should default to true unless this is a profiling/performance type default.
Seems like setting to true is a bad idea in most cases. Thanks for those links I didn't find them in jira which is why I raised the question. So back to manual enable, i'm sure I can live with .
