I have a form on an html page and need to retain the user input data when the back button is used after alerting of an error in the captcha part of the form.
I notice that if I use a standard text field with behaviours validation, the form retains the data when sent back. However when I set up a text field with spry validation the data is lost when browsing back to the form.
Is there any way to make a "sticky form" as such, and still use spry validation text fields?
Finally after a long search i found the answer (for others who find this problem). In the js code for the textfield, locate this line: this.input.setAttribute("AutoComplete", "off");... change it to "on". Then the autocomplete function works =)
