can't execute droplet from the command line - Mac

    iajab

I would like to utilize droplets in my batch processing scenarios, however, my requirements dictate that that the droplet must be callable from a Unix command line/script. When I try to do this I get the error, "cannot execute binary file". I've given execute permissions to the droplet but that doesn't do anything. It's as if my Mac doesn't recognize the droplet as an executable.

I've read about other people calling droplets form the command line (in Windows) but have never got one to work on Mac.

Is this how they are supposed to work or not?

Anyone have any experience with this?

      Thanks for any help...
