And what specific features do you use in the files? Is PDF compatibility enabled? What computer? Where do you save to? Have you attempted to reinstall the program? Just saying that something doesn't work is never a good way to get help...
I will find those things out as I am not the user. Only IT Support. Was just wondering if anyone
else has had this issue and could share there solution.
Another user can save down the same file to the same location without any issues. Don't know if this helps at all.
