i don't see any flickering but that's usually caused by an over-state that causes a rollout and therefore an off-state etc.
if you move quickly between the 4 tools buttons you'll see that they flicker.
also the move arrows sometimes don't even register that you have rolled over them?
am i missing something with 3.0?
i see some significant problems with the arrow buttons. that map just went scrolling off-stage and i couldn't get it to stop scrolling.
you must be missing something. start with one issue and narrow it.
the map scrolling needed a clearInterval for the "drag out" of a button.
however, the arrows still don't work right?
I have 10 frames for the "up" state and 10 frames for the "over" state. I simply use gotoAndPlay("over"); on the MOUSE_OVER function.
C don't use setInterval. Use the Timer class. setInterval issues from AS2 were not fixed in AS3 and they are even more buggy now than they were before.
do you think that is why the rollover's are not working correctly?
All I did was remove "MOUSE_OVER" and replaced it with "ROLL_OVER" anyone know the difference and why one would flicker and the other wouldn't?
