If you are looking for help we need considerably more information from you, especially what project settings you chose, more detail on your PC and drivers, and the source and format of your footage. See the following announcement (currently announcement two):

And don't forget to go to Help and select Check for Updates to install the latest patch.
If it's still not working for you, then, as Neale says, we need to know why your computer or source files are incompatible with the program -- and to figure that out, we need to know a lot more from you.
If you are getting "low resources," or "low memory," then the tips in this ARTICLE will likely help you. Most computers, whether brand new, or older, usually have many unnecessary programs and Processes running from boot-up. Eliminating those will give maximum resources to PrE.
PS - have you updated to the new "patch" for PrE. See the sticky at the top of the forum's main page for instructions.
