I see others posting that they have waited forever to get their activation number reset. I use my PRS-300 E Reader to keep me sane while sitting with my husband at the hospital. Is there anyway to expedite the re-authorization process? I sit for hours waiting to go into the ICU to visit him and having my reader instead of multiple books has helped me tremendously. I can't read anything that is on it now.
Please, anyone who has information on how to get this done quicker, please, please help me!!!!
I should have said, I tried through Chat(CH51674282) and a webcase was opened at that time: Case #0203134577. I was told by the rep to reate a new account with Adobe and that qould fix it. The webcase was closed and of course, it didn't fix it so I reopened the case.
