We are developing an AIR application that will run on a Linux box in a Kiosk configuration. We are trying to minimize what is required on the box in order to run the application. The application will take up the entire window area and is installed in the factory. Is there a way to install the AIR application without a Window Manager such as Gnome or KDE?
I must say that the configuration you are talking about is not supported but I have heard people being able to make AIR work without window manager.
In any case, to assist in investigating your requirments, would it be possible for you to provide a sample app.
