Importing PowerPoint Microsoft 2007

I am Captivate 3 trial version and I can't import a Microsoft PowerPoint template. The template was created in PowerPoint Microsoft Office 2007. It doesn't give me an option to pull up 2007 documents. I saved the template as a PowerPoint 97-2003 file, but it changes my template. Any ideas?

Are you saying that V3 cannot import PowerPoint documents saved in 2007 format, even if the PowerPoint document is saved as a regular file, rather than being saved as a template?
