Merge revision 14590 from 4.x to trunk.
Fix for https://bugs.adobe.com/jira/browse/SDK-25627. The drag proxy received a wrong starting position. The fix is to offset the proxy origin by the width of the dragInitiator instead of offsetting the mouse point.
