I have an existing touch screen application that I have created for use with a mac mini. It simply accesses external .jpg files in an associated folder. There are touch screen targets that I have created that simply jump to markers on the time line. It works great. I would like to add a the capability to add another target to open a window, play a video and then when the video ends close the window. Im thinking that since the app is being used on a mac, It would be best if I link my target to play back a flv file. Can anybody help??
How wedded are you to the idea of opening a window to play your FLV file - why not do much the same as you already do and jump to a frame containing an #flv sprite and jump back when it's done. You can, however, readily open a MIAW and play an FLV file in it if preferred.
Which part of this are you needing help with? Have you already tried importing an FLV into D11.5 and playing around with it as a sprite?
I have not done anything yet. I didnt know I could just jump to a frame containing a #flv sprite and jump back when its done. I will start by importing a flv and try it. I basically need help with all of it.
I will start by importing a flv and try it.
Why don't you start with this and get back when you have a specific question.
