    How to position Flash Video Player at _bottom_ of video ?

      With the Flash Player that comes with CS3

      and on my PC XP Pro laptop...

      I want the player controls to appear at the _bottom_ of the video...

      not on top of the video...

      and not under (behind) the video.

      - my video is 640 x 480

      - so I modified the "properties" tab at the bottom of the screen to 640x480... (it was 550x400)

      - but that just makes everything larger when I click File > Publish

      - and then look at the video in Internet Explorer... the Player Controls are still _On Top_ of the video.

      I guess I need to learn how to...

      - Make the stage bigger

      - Position the Player controls below the actual video

      Thanks for any help.

          In the same folder with your Main.fla version copy skin of your choice from:

          C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Flash CS3\en\Configuration\FLVPlayback Skins\FLA\ActionScript 3.0

          This skin is also .fla file (example: SkinUnderAll.fla).

          Open this skin and replace the position of the buttons on your wish (at the bottom of the screen).

          If you wont disable UnderChromeFill you replace in SkinUnderAll.fla file in row 80 true to false:

          this.border_mc.colorMe = false;  // this indicates it is OK to tweak color and alpha

          Then start this skin and you'll get SkinUnderAll.swf version with jour new skin.

          In Your Main.fla file insert FLVPlayback component, and code:

          import fl.video.FLVPlayback;

          var myFLVPlybk:FLVPlayback = new FLVPlayback();

          myFLVPlybk.skin = "SkinUnderAll.swf"; // new skin
          myFLVPlybk.skinScaleMaximum = 2.5;
          myFLVPlybk.source = "http://helpexamples.com/flash/video/water.flv";

          And enjoy...

          Best regards...
