1. Re: problems first installing AIR apps on ubuntu 9.10 and then installing AIR itself
sundeep.maithani Mar 7, 2010 8:58 PM (in response to fjcaro)Hi
Sorry to hear that you are running into problem with AIR-Linux. In order to solve the issues that you are facing, can you provide the following information:
1. Can you try to install AIR2 beta using the debian package? (sudo dpkg -i adobeair-2.0.0.11670.deb)
In case you still get that libnss3.so error, can you provide the output of the following command:
ls -al /usr/lib | grep -i libnss
2. Assuming that you do manage to install AIR2 using the deb package, are you able to install AIR app? If you answer is "No" can you share the contents of the following file?:
$HOME/.appdata/Adobe/AIR/Logs/Install.log
-Thanks

fjcaro Mar 9, 2010 7:09 PM (in response to sundeep.maithani)Thank´s a lot for your answer. What happens now is that my wifi icon in the taskbar is missing, and when I try to launch nm-applet with ALT+F2 nothing happens. If i put nm-applet --sm-disable the result is something about libnss3.so again!! (I didn't wrote it). I'm making this post from windows. I'm gonna try to do what you recommend when I find how to get online.
Thanks.
