    Exporting .MOV problem

Adobe Premiere Pro CS4 Version 4.2.1

When I go to export my film (about 2mins long) in Adobe Media encoder it says that the source file is missing and that the encoding cannot continue.

When I go to the location, where apparently it is missing, I find the file and it is not missing or deleted.

      I have included the message:

      "Source File: C:\Users\smal016\AppData\Local\Temp\exporting_try_1.prproj
      - Output File: Z:\Marketing\Movies\2 rats in box plus sandy with rat\Exporting_CS4FILES\Try_1.mov
      - Preset Used: NTSC DV Widescreen
      - Video:
      - Audio:
      - Bitrate:
      - Encoding Time: 03:35:56
      9/03/2010 1:10:00 p.m. : Encoding Failed
Could not read from the source. Please check if it has moved or been deleted."

I have tried to export with different formats but I do not think that is the problem.

I have no idea what the problem is with the encoder but could someone please show me how to fix it.

      Thank you.
