No because i want the background to stay still when i am maken the bike move. But when i make the bike move the background dispears. Like i want the bike to move on the background an make the background stay still.

Make sure you have the background on a separate layer, and that you have
"Share across frames" selected for the background layer. To select
"Share across frames", double click on the title bar of the layer
containing the background. A text box will open for labeling the layer,
plus a check box to enabling sharing.

Next question is how would i make the bike go in a circle motion so it is going around the planet?
An how do i put a stop key to stop the bike at the end?

Can you show me an example of the kind of motion you want to create?

Just set it to play once rather than loop.

Oy! That's a Flash animation, not a GIF. Did you create it in Flash, or
in Fireworks and export in Flash format?

In the Optimize panel choose Animated GIF as the file format.

Where is the end result of this going to displayed? Not on a website I hope.
The file size for that animated gif is 4 MB! I would suggest Flash is your
best option for this and probably to employ someone who understands what you
                                want to achieve.

Yes, this size file is definitely too large for a Web site.

If you want the bike to go around the planet, you're going to have to do two things. First, the planet must be separate from the background so that you can have at least one frame where the bike disappears behind it.

Second, for each frame of the animation where the bike moves away, you'll need to reduce the size of the bike for each based perspective. Sketch out a top view of the bike going around the planet to see where each frame would have to be. You'll also have frames where the bike is behind the planet and so not visible, but you can save on file size by compressing them to one frame with a longer delay.

You might want to erase some of the pixels around the bike, especially at the front, so it doesn't look so obviously like a rectangular image moving across another image.

                                  good luck!

plus, the bike is a photographic image, for which the worst choice of file
format is gif, animated or not. Second the background has several gradients
in for which ditto the first reason.

There are some pretty trick ways of doing what you want to with simple
vector images. Which are outlined in the link I first gave you.
