    Stratus- No Connection

    satheeshpallath12 Level 1

      Hai sir,

We got connection last week in our system. We enabled all the UDP ports >1023 to "stratus.adobe.com".But after that day onwards,we are not able to connect to stratus. Is there any problem on stratus or in our system?

can any one let me know what happen to us?

Stratus has many IP addresses beyond the two that are listed in the DNS records for "stratus.adobe.com".  in order to reliably connect to Stratus, you must be able to communicate with all of them on any UDP port > 1023.  the IP addresses and UDP ports that Stratus uses are subject to change at any time.

a connection to Stratus is not useful unless you can also communicate directly with other clients, which means having bidirectional access to *any* IP address and UDP port number > 1023.
