Creating animated 3d line graphs in or for Premiere Pro CS4

    Deaner77 Level 1

I create quarterly business reports for my company and use power point graphs in my video presentation. (Which have been converted in Photoshop) I found a sweet program called Boris Red to create animated graphs, but it comes with a price tag of nearly $1000.00. Does anyon have any other program suggestions for creating slick looking charts and graphs for use in Premiere Pro?

      Thanks!

I use Illustrator and Photoshop to do this. In PS, I just Place my AI artwork, and do the material that I will animate on separate Layers. (Unfortunately, PS as of CS2, does not Import/Place AI Layers as separate Layers, but the Layer building can be done in PS.) I then Import the Layered PSD as a Sequence (un-Flattened), and Keyframe the Layers' animation with Effect>Motion>Position, and maybe Motion>Scale, plus other Effects, as is required.

Might want to look into BluffTitler, and ProDAD's Heroglyph, as both can do some interesting animations in Titles.

          Good luck,

Take a look at Datamator from Red Giant.  (It is anAEFX plugin though)

I took a look at it for something I am doing with graphs currently and found it a bit complicated ( I am no maths wizard).

I am just doing my animated graphs directly out of AEFX.  Works fine for me.
