Ex-Quark user, eh? "Style sheet" is a Quark term, for InDesign it's called a "Paragraph Style". Checking out the InsertionPoint object will show you one of its properties is called "appliedParagraphStyle", and this
myTextFrame2.insertionPoints.item(-1).appliedParagraphStyles = app.activeDocument.paragraphStyles.item("YourStyleHere");
ought to work -- with a style name that occurs in your current doc's styles, of course.
