    .tmp file errors

      I keep getting errors when printing from a website - it keeps creating .tmp files saying that they are not supported or is damaged - log is written as follows:

      I have to clear the message, sometime several times before I can print.  I can delete the file from the temp directory but then another is just created!

      Any ideas how to clear this?
