Got two problems here.
The first is although in Fiefox the CCS menu in the link below is the correct height it shows a gap in Dreamweaver. The second problem is how to center the links in the menu. Any ideas pleeeeeeease? Coding also in link below.
Where's the html code for the menu because its something in that it doesn't appear to be the css?
I dont see what you are describing in Dreamweaver CS4 so maybe MX is not handling the css 100% acurately.
Css suport is much better in later editions of Dreamweaver. It gets better each release but its still not perfect.
For best results here please upload your test page to server and post a URL. Screenshots don't tell us much if we can't see the HTML code.
If I recall, MX used an IE6 rendering engine so it's handling of CSS is not what you could call reliable. Ultimately though, what matters most is how your page looks in the major browsers (FF, Safari/Chrome, IE6,7,8, Opera...)

I think you may have a point Nancy. In nuts.html you can see scrrenshots of what the menubar looks like in firefox and dreamweaver. In test0.htm you can see what the website looks like..
Also can you tell me how to centre the links in the menu, if possible?
Another problem I've now found is the text is normal in firefox but appears bold in IE. Any idea how to resolve that too please Nancy?
Sorry for so many hair pulling questions lol.
width: 400px; /**adjust width as needed**/
margin: 0 auto; /**centered in most browsers**/
font: bold 15px/1 "Lucida Sans Unicode", "Bitstream Vera Sans", "Trebuchet Unicode MS", "Lucida Grande", Verdana, Helvetica, sans-serif;
Thanks for all your help Nancy. Great links too! You're a star.
