Unable to edit voice recording

Hello All,

Am working to add in voice/audio over an existing presentation.

I want to distribute the voice in sync with the presentation.

The issue I am facing is that - When I click on 'Next Slide' it does not go to the next slide and as a result the entire audio file is captured over the current/selected slide.

I followed the instructions in help guide but in no way, its working.

Ive tried calling the Technical Support but was not able to reach any tech.executive.

Please guide as I have to showcase this to business in few days from now.

Hi Ritu,

Can you please elaborate on your problem? Please explain the steps you performed till the point where you are stuck. Also tell us the version of Captivate you are using?
