I have a shell application that loads modules.
The mouse pointer acts normal in the first module that is loaded,
but whatever state the mouse pointer is in within the first module, it remains
that way when going to the next module, for example if a user is within a
textinput box for a password on the first module and hits the enter key which
dispatches a button click, the mouse pointer remains as a text selector when
a different module is loaded and remains as a text selector
(hovering over buttons, over linkbuttons, etc) no matter what the user is doing.
Is there a way I can reset the mouse pointer so it acts as it should ?
Or even a way to force it to a pointer in an actionscript function ?
Try a simple test case to see if you can reproduce the problem there. Also
trace the event.target of the mouse events to see what it thinks it is over.
