Yes, SnagIt for instance, but the PrintScreen button works too.
Thats using the Adobe Premiere Pro CS4 program?

Do you wish to do a still image of the screen, or a still image FROM the Video? Harm's method will capture what you see, the program GUI and anything else.
To Export a still FROM your Video, you would just use AME to Export a Frame.
Two different things, with different results. Which do you need to do?
I don't want to capture my screen. That's what the print screen button is for. Well just for still images. I have found the program, Camstasia. I have found that to be the best screen capturing program. For video. I want to know that if there is a simple button in the Adobe Premiere CS4 program that will take a still image from my video file so I can share just a picture. Like Windows Movie Makers has or had (I haven't used that in a long time so I am not sure if it is still there). So is there a simple button that is designed to take a still image out of the video to have on my harddrive?

Export a Frame (it is not a single button process though)
You need to be clear in what you are asking for. There is a difference beween a screen grab and a frame grab.
Now we know you want the latter.
