Can Premiere Pro run with 1024 x 768 display?

I know it says you need a 1280 x 900, but can it run with a smaller screen. I don't really need it for HD editing just regular video.

It should... I just tried running it on my laptop at that resolution and it worked fine, but it doesn't give you a lot of room to work.
