Sony PR900BC Daily Edition not Recognized in Mac OSX Snow Leopard

I havee both an Imac and a Macbook Pro. I installed Sony Reader software and it Talkes to the Sony PRS900, I installed ADE, and it does not find the Sony. no mater in which order I start up the soft were and plug in the Device. On the other hand it has no issues finding the nook. How do I make it scan for the Sony, or import it. Have attempeted disintall and re install no effect. vesrion of ADE is 1.7.2.1131 , Sony software is vesion 3.1.00.12070, all software is up to date.

ADE does not recognize Sony devices on the Mac.  You'll need to use the Sony software instead.
