      To the point:  I have been getting the 1402 error code whenever I try to download the updates to the software.  The answer told me to delete all the existing Adobe on my computer. Did that,,  cannot get Adobe 9.2 to delete no matter what.  If you could tell me please what to do so I can get my PDF back in order.  Thanks     Jan Wakeley
