How i do this for free? Convert to doc to pdf is easy, but host in director no. And i have to convert charpter by charpter, is not the entire document toguether.

On Windows you can use the ActiveX xtra to host an Acrobat/ PDF control. You didn't say whether this needs to work cross-platform.

Sorry - I didn't follow the link in your initial post so didn't realise you were already aware of this option. What part of that solution are you having difficulty with?
I did insert the Control > Activex - Adobe PDF Reader.
And put on stage.
In firs frame i put the code Hold On Frame and after
-- Send a message to Adobe's
-- Acrobat Control for ActiveX
-- to set the "src" parameter
-- NOTE: Make sure that the
-- sprite number refers to the
-- ActiveX Control sprite.
sprite(1).src = the moviePath &"teste.pdf"
And I resized the sprit to fill the page, but when i click in "play" just show the pdf icon.I try export the projector and still the same.
I just tried this in D10 and D11.5 and can't get it to work in either environment. Nor can I get it working using the ActiveCompanionSet xtras (a different AX interface/host). In neither case does the src property "stick", and LoadFile() fails. I updated to Reader 9.3 and this didn't help. Something is broken, but I have no idea what or how to fix it.
You might have to use the Impressario xtra
Impressario Xtra is the sollution that i dont wanna.
So, i think that i find the sollution to my problem. I convert all the pages of the .doc in each separate .jpg, and the chapter that have more than one page i gonna merge the pages. Now i have to discovery the way to use the ScrollPane Component. Can you help me?
