Problems including .avi content

Hi

I am using RoboHelp HTML 7. My output is Microsoft HTML Help. I am trying to include video files in the Help but am having problems when the compiled .chm is run on a machine other than the development machine. It seems that it cannot find the .avi file.

I am using the Insert| Multimedia Demo method of linking the the .avi file to the topic. I am copying the .avi files into the same folder as the .chm file, but this doesn't seem to help.

Any advice will be appreciated.

Is the file included in baggage? I don't use avi content but suspect that is a requirement.
