D Fosse-QDEaQ1 Mar 18, 2010 8:11 AM (in response to avpromedia)Use Save for Web. That exports a copy, and you can resize in the SFW dialog.
The only problem is that SFW tends to choke on large files, so you may have to resample first.
Make an action. That way you don't make mistakes or forget.

File - Scripts - Script Events Manager
Tick the checkbox to Enable Events to Run Scripts/Actions
Select Photoshop Event ( Save Document )
Select Script (Save Extra JPEG )
Click the Add button
An extra JPEG will then be saved next to the current document when you do a save.
