hello

how do I prevent each slide from playing automatically. I would like to use the Playback controls for control each slide

eg:

Slide 1 is 20s..after 20s.user must click Next button to advance to slide 2

Hi there

There are actually several ways to accomplish this.

You could insert a Button on the first slide you wish to pause. Then copy the Button and paste across all the remaining slides.

You could do the same with a Click Box. (Buttons are visible while Click Boxes are invisible)

You could insert the Perpetual Buttons widget on the first slide you wish to pause, then configure it for the rest of the project.

You could acquire a third party widget to pause the slides from CPGuru Click here to visit his site

Nice.Is there anything similar widget for AS3 projects?

Hi,

The perpetual buttons widgets comes with CP4 in a AS2 and AS3-version. As for the widget developed by Michael, I think it is only in AS2 available, check on his site.

Sad to hear that. I've checked his site, and like you said

its only available in as2.Looking forward for the same widget in as3.
