Actually it is getURL unless you are exporting now as ActionScript 3.0 in which case is not that simple. In AS 3 you need to create a request object and pass it to the navigateToURL method. But the tipical onRelease event handlers on buttons no longer exists so you also need to create an even listener, etc. So I think in this case might be easier to check what version of ActionScript are you using. Make sure you use AS 2 or AS 1.
No i'm still using action scrip 2.0, and i tried getURL but it didnt work :S I'm not sure if i'm using it in the right place or not : /
