    Help needed

    rosalewis

I tried to install Adobe Reader. A screen tells me to update AIR . I click update and I get another screen telling me that there is damage and I need another provider to give me a copy of the update. When I click close I get the update screen again. I cant get out of the circle. Whatever I do on my PC these update/ damage screens appear. This happens even if I restart my PC. HELP

      .

Do you actually use Adobe AIR?  If not, (assuming that you are using Windows), go to Add/Remove Programs and uninstall it.  Now try again to install Adobe Reader.
