      My adobe reader will not bring up my statement on my cox.net file or on my bank credit card statement. Please call me at [phone number deleted by host]

          This isn't Adobe technical support. It is a user to user forum. I'll ask if we can get your phone number removed.


          In the meantime, maybe you can tell us some more detail like what browser you are using, what version of Adobe Reader and any other details you can think of so we can help. Thanks.

            Can you open any pdf files? What happens if you download your statement directly to your hard drive. Can you open the file through Reader using File->Open?
