What type of camcorder did your video come from and how did you get it into your comptuer, CC?
Good morning Steve,
All the clips are from my Flip video camera. I downloaded the clips straight from the camera.
Prior to the W7-64 upgrade, my laptop (HP DV2500) was running Vista, and I was able to use PE4 and E5 just fine.
This morning, I also tried using E5 to create a slideshow, but I'm having problems with that as well.
I'm guessing my drivers are outdated? I'm not sure what graphics card I have--- been clicking through my computer to try and find out.
I appreciate your response.
As we say in our FAQs, video from Flip cameras is going to be hit-and-miss. It may work on some systems, but will unlikely work on most without a conversion.
For your graphics card, there are several ways to find the make, model and driver. Probably the easiest way is Control Panel>System>Device Manager>Display Adapters. Rt-click on your graphics card and then look at the tabs General & Driver. You will see your card in detail and your driver version and date.
