Start by deciding whether you want to learn PHP *or* ASP. When you're
learning it's best to choose one and stick with it for a while.

          Pete.

Definitely choose one or the other and the check out www.eclasses.org - they have great online training.

Learn ASP first, as most of the jobs I've been looking at are asking for ASP, or ASP.net. Once you get a good grasp of it, take on PHP or ColdFusion. This will help out on those jobs that deal with non-microsoft languages.

First , Pick your poison, go with ASP of with PHP don't try to learn them
                both at the same time.

If you decide to go for ASP I would STRONGLY recommend ASP/JScript over
ASP/VBScript, because it provides a smoother transition to other "curly
braces" languages like C# and PHP.

I suggest you try the tutorials that come with dreamweaver and post here
when you don't understand or need some extra help. Don't be shy to ask what
the people here mean, some are very advanced users and take the jargon that
                comes with dreamweaver for granted....
