Flash Builder 4 uses the Community Help Client as the help engine. Although Dynamic Help (aka F1 help) should work, there are a few things to note:
* Read http://kb2.adobe.com/cps/831/cpsid_83103.html for getting around a bug that some people will encounter
* Read Using the Adobe Community Help Client in Flash Builder 4 to get a little more background
* Read Paul Evans' CHC blog post for a user perspective: http://blog.creacog.co.uk/2010/03/22/flex-builder-4-help-system-chc-and-backups/
Please check these out and let us know how it goes,
Flex Doc Manager
Actually I already read those 3 items.
The documentation was downloaded by CHC. There are 5 documents locally downloaded (one of them is the AS3 components).
So it should be there.
However, there's still no dynamic help available in the Editor (the Eclipse editor). It looks like it may be downloaded but not registered by Eclipse.
When I push F1 on fx:Declarations for example it only brings: "About code editing in Flash Builder"
What's the best path of action to get this resolved ?

Try F2 or shift F2
Hmmm. That's puzzling. Can you please try something besides fx:Declarations? (Technically, Declarations isn't a class, so it's not in the Reference.)
If that still doesn't work, can you please either post your system specs (standalone/plugin, win/mac, etc.) or create a Flex Documentation bug at http://bugs.adobe.com ?
Actually you were right, the sutff worked, it's just for fx:Declarations that nothing happened, trying it on mx:Text works fine. Man I feel stupid !!!
Thanks a lot, the F2 allows me to see the source code of objects in the core library, something I also wanted to do. (I have another question in the Air forum related to that).
