A little browser variation is to be expected. Your page looks fine to me in FF 3.6 and IE8.
What doesn't look OK is the BLINKING text. Apart from being annoying, blinking text screams "Look at me, look at me, I'm an amateur web designer!"
Thank you for looking at the site, that is a surprise to me because i dont see anything blinking!!! could you please tell me which item is blinking, please?

In http://www.zarproductions.com.au/untitled.css the <h2> tag is styled with text-decoration: blink (which I would remove).
In regards to the logo and nav links jumping, I only found that on the home page in IE8.
When I removed the <h1> tags wrapped around your Flash movie the jumping stopped.

Thank you for your time, I have removed the blink option and h1 centered option but the problem still there at least in the Portfoilo page.
Any other suggestions will be much appericiated.

The jumping that I think you're seeing now is not the product of a single issue but a combination of issues due to the table structure being used and the inconsistent dimensions e.g. Some table cells have heights and some do not.
HTML tables are elastic in nature and expand and contract to accommodate the content placed inside them. Each of your pages has similar table structure, varying dimensions and different content per page which results in an occasional slight pixel jog as you surf from page to page.
My suggestion would be that you strip out all table and cell dimensions (height is not a valid attribute in HTML for <table> and <td> tags anyway).
You can then create consistent white space for all pages with margins and padding in CSS.
Sorry John, I am still very new to DW
I am just trying to understand what you just told me.
So I should go manually delete the height of all the cells and then create CSS rules that will control each individual cell, is that correct?
In a nutshell, yes although DW will do much of the heavy lifting for you.
Edit > Find & Replace
Find in: Entire Current Local Site
Search: Specific Tag > table
Action: Remove Attribute > height
Rinse and repeat for width and do the same for the <td> tag.
For styling with CSS see
Alternatively, forget tables altogether (few new websites use them anymore) and use a built-in DW CSS-driven template.
Or purchase a rock solid CSS template online and learn the modern way of laying out webpages e.g. http://www.projectseven.com/products/templates/index.htm (cost money but they're great learning tools). I have no connection to them other than as a satisfied customer who has learned from them.
That is great, I had a look at some of the templates and they look great for what i need.
Thank you so much for all your help.
