It happens almost immediately, either with the first search or the second search I do with the Air app; I type a color or hex in the search bar, the colors start spinning and then the message "Kuler Kutoff! Your session has timed out. Please sign in again." I doubt the app was designed to log out after a few seconds, as even website timeouts are generally as long or longer than 30 minutes. As a result, I just use the website, which does not have the time-out issues.
I have clearned out my brower cache to no avail. I am running Firefox 3.6.2, Windows 7 64bit, Intel Core2 Quad, 4GB RAM, and 200+ hd free.
Same trouble happens with me. Kuler was installed without any problems, sign in ok, but after watching "spinning color circles show" i got "Kuler kutoff. Your session has timed out. Please sign in again." Installing this AIR extension was last chance to rebirth kuler, because he's not work with "Not connection" error. I link this problem to connections with CS Live, familiar Adobe forum thread is here http://forums.adobe.com/thread/685457?start=50&tstart=0
Sorry for the trouble you are having.
As for the "not connected" issue in your CS5 applications, we'd like to help you get that fixed. See my post from February 2nd for some info we need to help fix the problem: http://forums.adobe.com/message/3443382#3443382
For the Kuler Kutoff, are you able to log into Kuler on the website? http://kuler.adobe.com/
If you're not able to log into the website either, then please send me a PM with the e-mail address you're using to log in.
If you haven't already, I'd recommend restarting the computer.
