It's something going wrong in the creation process. You'll want to contact whomever makes the application you are using to create the PDF. Reader isn't that aplication.
I can create and view the same PDF if I use Foxit pdf reader. I can also create and view PDF's as long as the drawings I'm exporting are A3 or smaller. I had no trouble with the application creating PDF's before I had Adobe 9.3.1
I've seen in forums that this problem has happened to others, so I don't believe it to be a problem with my application.
Does this error message make any sense to you. My system is reporting that the error is with Adobe Reader.....
