What kind of trouble? I don't see how this can be an Adobe Reader issue, since file download is strictly done by the browser. Better contact the site owner.
i don't see where is the problem either. i wasn't having problems when i was using adobe reader 9 with win XP...but when i got win 7, this problem occured. i press the "copy button" but it doesn't work. nothings happening. no errors. its just not working... where do you think the problem is?
"Copy button" on where - the website, or the Adobe Reader plugin? What browser are you using? Can you give us a sample URL?
i am using int explorer
and i was talking about the copy button on adobe reader.
let me explain from the beginning:
i am opening some articles as pdf and press the copy button on adobe reader in order to download these articles to my computer.
adobe reader 9 - science direct - win XP - download succeed
adobe reader 9 - science direct - win 7 - NO download
adobe reader 9 - other websites - win XP - download succeed
adobe reader 9 - other websites - win 7 - download succeed
i don't understand where the problem is with this configuration?? and i am not the only one having this problem. a friend of mine is having the same problem...
