Welcome to the forum.
Now, I am not sure if that "strobing" is intended, as it does go with the music, or if that is unintended.
What Export settings did you use in AME for the YouTube video?
What Effects have been added to your Clips?
On the off-chance that there is a issue earlier on, please tell us about those Clips in the Timeline.
PS - is there a Matrox card involved?
That that strobing is not intended. It is supposed to go to another clip, but it just strobes through a few clip's images.
The export settings don't matter, because I've exported it as almost every type.
I haven't added any effects, besides deleting some clips, and trimming them.
For the clips, I did have them in one folder, then I moved the clips into another folder, I think that this may be the problem, and I will have to re add the clips, but the preview is fine in Premiere. And a lot of the clips that I used in the other half of the clips were actually in one folder the whole time, and those are messed up too. So I don't know.
And no, no matrox card.

To make sure that I am correct, you did add a "Strobe" Effect to some Clips in the Timeline, but not to these - is that correct?
When you look at one of these Clips (Selected) in the Effects Control Panel, what Effects are listed there - just the fixed Effects?
Please also tell us about the Clips themselves. What format are they, and what is their CODEC?
That is the clip I used for the intro, the one of the building.
All of the clips were from the same camera, so they all look like this.
Thank you for that info. First, the great, free utility, G-SPOT, will give you the full CODEC info. Probably H.264, but verification will be good.
What is your Project Preset? It must match your source footage 100%.
Last, tell us about the Time Remapping. Just twirling that Effect open will reveal the settings.
There is one of the clips, then here is a screenshot of the whole thing: http://img245.imageshack.us/img245/520/screenshotglw.png
As for the presets, I am fairly certain that I have set it up just as the camera, but incase I haven't, how would I change it?
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FofSvnwG-9k This is the whole video, it just does the same type deal.
OK, looks like you have AVCHD footage. You should have an AVCHD Sequence. Can you check that?
Also, what are the settings in the Time Remapping? That could play a role in this.
This looks like it could be the problem. The thing is though, I exported it once, and I had no trouble at all. It just seems odd to me. But the time remapping is just like,
Time Remapping- Speed 100.00%- Velocity 100.00 / second
So should I just create a new sequence, with the settings such as "AVCHD - 720p - AVCHD 720p60" ? or should I have the frame rate the same as the clips?
If you have google talk, we can use that, it would be a lot simpler than doing this, and would provide faster help. firstname.lastname@example.org is mine.
Ok, I did make a new sequence, unfortunately it did it again, where it would flicker through a bunch of random clips. I don't know what to do now
