This is very generic error. I have seen this error when I have made the following mistakes.
PHP code -> syntactically wrong.
Php code has print statements (removed them and it worked)
The PHP files were not in the same location as my RemoteObject source file
There was a problem in connecting to the SQL backend.
There can be many others. In all cases I saw the problem has been with the PHP backend. You could try running your php on the browser.
Hey Prashant you saved me from a nervous breakdown!!
I had 2 echo commands in my PHP Data Service code,(a simple mail() call),
and they gave me "Channel disconnected Error" message.
I feel ashamed for my ignorance,it's so common knowledge that print commands in PHP produce
"Channel disconnected Error" messages...(NOT!!!!)
The Zend Framework is doing the parsing,right?So,shame on Zend for all the pain it brings on us!
Glad it helped
